New Director, New Liberty Partnerships Program at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica
In Fall 2022, SUNY Poly was awarded the Liberty Grant in collaboration with CNYHHN, Inc., Connected Schools, and Daneli Partners to provide support and intervention for at-risk students of six Herkimer County school districts: Central Valley, Dolgeville, Frankfort-Schuyler, Herkimer, Little Falls, and Mount Markham.
In addition, Jaime R. Lamberto joined the LPP team as director of the SUNY Poly-Liberty Partnerships Program (SPI-LPP) project. Jaime has over 15 years’ experience in higher education, specifically Admissions, Concurrent Enrollment, and Residential Life. Recently, for almost ten years, Jaime was employed at Herkimer College as the College Now Specialist and managed the concurrent enrollment program for the last five years of her employment.
Jaime’s passion is guiding students towards a fruitful and rewarding future, no matter how they define success. She is thrilled to be involved with LPP and looks forward to what the program and community partners will bring to Herkimer County students!
